S20 Brazil 2024 Initiation Meeting takes place on March 11 and 12 with online broadcast!

#s20brasil – On March 11th and 12th, the Brazilian Academy of Sciences (ABC) will be hosting the Inception Meeting of the Science20 (S20), marking the official beginning of S20 Brazil 2024 and bringing together representatives from the Academies of Sciences of G20 countries and national and international organizations. The theme of S20 Brazil 2024 is “Science for Global Transformation”.

The in-person event is exclusive to invited guests, but it will be streamed online – check out the schedule on the S20 website and access the livestream on the Brazilian Academy of Sciences’ YouTube channel.

The Science20 (S20) was created to act as the engagement group of the G20 for science and technology, fostering dialogue between scientific communities on critical issues and producing recommendations for the heads of government and state of the G20.
